Information stored on your device
The site uses browser local storage for planner answers and the quote checklist. This is functional storage, similar to remembering a preference. You can remove it by clearing site data for hearthline.co.uk in your browser.
Shared plan links
If you choose Share, the answers needed to recreate the plan are encoded into the link. Anyone who receives that link can open those answers. Do not include or share a plan link if you consider the property information sensitive.
Outbound partner links
When you follow an affiliate link, the destination provider receives information under its own privacy policy and may set cookies for attribution. Hearthline labels commercial links before you click. Hearthline does not currently collect contact details or transmit them to installers.
Privacy-friendly analytics
Hearthline uses Umami Cloud for an aggregate visual dashboard and Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for the automated weekly funnel report. The internal event counter records only an approved event name and page path, such as “Plan completed” on the planner page. It does not record planner answers, IP addresses, user agents or contact details. Umami is configured without analytics cookies. See Umami’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Contact and data rights
Before public launch, the owner should add a monitored privacy email and legal entity or trading-name details here. Because the planner answers remain on the device, Hearthline cannot retrieve or delete them remotely.
